Detailed consultation, professional installation of the programs (on the company premises or in an external environment) as well as specific instruction and further support are a matter of course for us. Customer service covers not only the current, but also the future versions of the software.
While working with the programs, questions about the use of the software arise again and again. Our hotline is available for such cases. During our service hours you can get the answer to your questions in a time-saving way via telephone or Teamviewer.
The use of new software changes the demands on the user. Therefore, we conduct seminars and individual trainings in our or your rooms as well as in digital form. During workshops and webinars we show you enhancements and updates of the programs.

Software changes are often implemented at the turn of the year. Data from legacy systems is transferred either partially or completely. New requirements may also arise in the future that require data to be transferred regularly between different systems. This year, we have once again migrated a number of customers to the software products we distribute.

While the Sage section will focus on human resources management with innovations and all legal changes, the eGECKO section will focus on financial software with the usual year-end closing tasks.
