Digitization is playing an increasingly important role in today's world. Fast access to personnel data and the secure storage of this data are two key points that need to be taken into account.

For some time now, Sage, in cooperation with the company d.velop, has been offering the digital personnel file, which ensures that all personnel-relevant documents are stored and archived in a database.

In contrast to storing data on the hard disk (e.g. pay slips), with the digital personnel file it is stored in an integrated document management system in accordance with the legal requirements. This makes it possible to store and search for a wide range of personnel data, call it up via the employee portal, or create workflows. In addition to the pay slips and the numerous certificates from the program, the most diverse external personnel documents can also be assigned to the employee and called up quickly in the follow-up.
