In cooperation with the company d.velop, Sage offers the digital personnel file, which provides for the storage and archiving of all personnel-relevant documents in a database.
In contrast to the storage of data on the hard disk (e.g. payslips), with the Digital Personnel File these are kept in an integrated document management system in accordance with the legal requirements. This makes it possible to store and search for personnel documents, call them up via the employee portal, and create resubmissions or workflows. In addition to the pay slips and the numerous certificates from the program, the most diverse external personnel documents can also be assigned to the employee and called up quickly in the follow-up. This can be done manually using drag and drop or by assigning barcodes to the documents to be digitized. For the initial capture of comprehensive paper files, a parallel option is to use a professional scanning service provider, who can transfer the data to the document management system in consultation with Consulting Härtelt GmbH.
