The past few weeks have probably been easy for very few people in Germany. We, too, have been up close and personal with many customers in systemically important areas and also outside since the start of the changed framework conditions. We are all the more pleased about the positive feedback we have received over the past few days.

The changed framework conditions have had an impact on numerous areas of life that were considered normal beforehand. Especially in payroll accounting, there were numerous innovations with the short-time working allowance, which had to be individually adapted both in terms of software and content, and which still mean additional effort. But also the increased desire for flexible working, the associated technical support or the changed framework conditions from the point of view of finance were and are to be taken care of.

In the first phase of relaxation that is now becoming apparent, it is important for the first companies to look ahead again on the basis of short- and long-term liquidity planning.

Here, too, we are helping our customers as usual.

As a consulting firm outside the system-relevant professions, it was a challenge for us, especially in connection with our own junior staff, to manage everything in such a way that every customer is served promptly and comprehensively as usual. We have been able to ensure this so far and also assume that this will not change in the future due to our flexible working options.

We have received very positive feedback about our commitment from a wide range of customers over the past few days.
