Beginning November 27, 2020, federal government suppliers are required to provide electronic invoicing for public contracts. In addition, different regulations for electronic invoice exchange apply at the state level. Both electronic XInvoices and invoices in ZUGFeRD 2.0 format can be created from our ERP.

In contrast to invoices in ZUGFeRD 2.0 format, which consist of both a pdf file and an XML file, XInvoices are provided exclusively as a pure XML file.

Together with the manufacturer 42 Software, we have extensively tested the current specifications, so that an output from the ERP system (and automated reading) is now possible.

The XML invoice file is created automatically in the ERP system. In the financial accounting (e.g. from Diamant Software) an invoice is automatically created from it afterwards.
