Consulting Härtelt GmbH cooperates with numerous suppliers of standard products, industry solutions as well as various partners who distribute the products. Especially in the current situation, this has proven itself for many end customers, as we were able to advance desired developments as well as provide support and consulting for external customers.
In the current situation, we are receiving an increasing number of customer requirements aimed at integrating their software products into the general system landscape. Thus, there are always requirements to use existing interfaces between software products supported by us or to develop them individually.
Likewise, we are receiving more requests for support and cooperation. This week alone, for example, we concluded two new agreements. In this context, we also had to realize that the manufacturer support in individual software areas is obviously not to the complete satisfaction of the end customers. We have noticed an increase in calls and inquiries from direct or partner customers, for example Diamant Software, for quite some time.
Of course, we have stepped in here to provide support and have resolved the open issues either within the framework of a service, the cooperation agreement that has been reached, or a new support agreement with the end customer.
