For many years, Consulting Härtelt GmbH has been involved in social areas and has supported a wide variety of projects both in terms of personnel and financially. With the founding of the SV CH Sonnenland e.V. from the ranks of the employees, the association module of CSS AG is now also used in practice.
The club and association management in eGECKO is part of the functionalities of the CRM system. There, addresses and members can be managed, checked for consistency and correspondence can be stored. The maintenance of the contribution rules, the accounting as well as the donation, campaign or committee management are only keywords of the extensive scope of services. This also includes department management including other topics such as payment transactions or the management of separate bank accounts.
The automated processing of incoming invoices and the storage of all internal and external documents in the integrated or an external archiving system enables access to all relevant invoice or member documents at any time, as well as simple keyword searches.
In a member portal, there is also the possibility of exchanging information within a protected area. The evaluation options in eGECKO are as diverse as the software itself. In addition to the entry and exit data, for example, the desired member data or necessary reporting data for the respective associations can be created at the push of a button on the reporting date.
The SV CH Sonnenland e.V. continues the work in orienteering, which employees of Consulting Härtelt GmbH have been doing for many years on a voluntary basis in the German Orienteering Association. With the goal of placing offers in the area of children's and popular sports, the association has been active at schools or supported at orienteering events since its founding.
