Modern equipment as well as ideal working conditions are essential elements for us to serve our customers in the best possible way. Likewise, pleasant places to stay indoors and outdoors form the basis for a relaxed working atmosphere. After an ongoing technical optimization process, we have now thoroughly renovated our company premises. In parallel, support continued as usual.

Similar to our numerous projects, comprehensive planning of the refurbishment of the premises was essential. Due to the ever-increasing digitization, the number of paper documents and folders in our rooms has visibly decreased in recent years. Thus, the main challenge was to distribute the furniture in our premises in such a way that a refurbishment could be ensured without disrupting the usual processes.

After several employees went on vacation, the remaining parts of the support team moved to our training floor for a week. From these premises, all support requests in the areas of Diamant, Sage, 42 Software and Corporate Planning were processed and answered as usual. After exactly one week, the refurbishment was completed, so that the entire interior could be moved back to its usual places.

During the refurbishment process, many employees got involved according to their skills. Even if one or the other new picture will find its way onto our freshly painted walls in the next few weeks, the smooth process and the newly added break area in the greenery were reason enough for us to celebrate afterwards.
