Automating processes and minimizing workloads - that is an essential requirement for software. After automatic payment advice and bank statement processing, Diamant now also offers the possibility to automatically process electronic payments via a webshop.

An automatic payment advice processing according to §301 as well as the processing of individual payment advices in CSV, TXT or PDF format has been possible for quite some time. Many customers also use automatic processing of bank statements.

Now also electronic payments (e.g. via Paypal) can be processed automatically in Diamant. By means of a unique transaction number a comparison and a transfer between Paypal, a webshop, the merchandise management and finally Diamant is possible. Afterwards the processing of the electronic account statement can be done automatically via the created open item using this transaction number.
